Mr. Koshal Agarwal, an experienced Company Secretary, with a demonstrated history of working in the corporate affairs, completed his graduation from the Heramba Chandra College (South City College), Kolkata under Calcutta University in the year 2011 and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Being a Practicing Company Secretary since 2014, he has immensely contributed to the Profession with his in-depth knowledge and experience. He is also a Certified CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Professional who helps to the organization in implementation of CSR Policy, Governance and CSR Activities as introduced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). His relentless contribution towards the Corporate for managing the burden of compliances is an example to be followed by.

Being an active member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Direct Taxes Professionals' Association (DTPA), Mr. Agarwal held strategic positions in various eminent institutions and organizations of repute and trying to ensure venture grows in leaps and bounds over the years.

Ms. Preeti Agarwal is a co-founder partner of KPA & Co. LLP being the Company Secretary by profession, she has immense knowledge and experience of serving largest private sector Refractories Company for last 6 years and started individual practice to experience the flavour of the profession. She has incredibly good command in Corporate Secretarial matters, pursuant to matter and compliances under Companies Act and under SEBI Rules and Regulations. In addition to the compliances under SEBI Rules and Regulations the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance, she has also handled compliances with the regulations of the Stock Exchanges, drafting Legal agreements and contracts. Ms. Agarwal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Bachelor of commerce. She has completed graduation from Seth Anandram Jaipuria College, Kolkata under Calcutta University in the year 2011.

Our firm provides a support system to the Resolution Professional (RP) for the Company under CIRP to manage the Company as a going concern with complying the statutory requirements. We have been trained to perform number of tasks including taking over the control of the Compliances of Corporate Debtors, assisting the RPs with respect to calling, convening and conducting of Creditors/Shareholders Meetings, Public announcements, advice and assistance to RPs in drafting, negotiating and finalizing relevant transaction documents and providing Compliance Calendar to RPs, pre and post stock exchange/ROC compliances in respect of Meetings of RP/KMP/Members and so on.
