Liquidation and Resolution Process Support

KPA has developed a team responsible for conducting various functions of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Liquidation Process, some of which are mentioned below:

  • Communication with all stakeholders such as Committee of Creditor’s members, other claimants, promoters and directors, Key Managerial Personnel, statutory authorities, auditors, employees of Corporate Debtor, etc for the purpose of seeking information, informing them about the commencement of CIRP.
  • Communicating with all stakeholders such as Stakeholders Consultative Committee, other claimants, promoters and directors, Key Managerial Personnel, statutory authorities, auditors, employees of Corporate Debtor, etc., for the purpose of seeking information, informing them about the commencement of Liquidation Process;
  • Interaction and coordination with different professionals and experts appointed for the process and to provide the requisite information for completion of the job and to obtain their report;
  • Providing work plan to RPs time to time;
  • Providing professional assistance to RPs with regard to compliances of the companies under IBC;
  • To convene the Committee of Creditors meetings and to prepare all notices, agenda, information to be shared with COC, minutes, etc and to act as a bridge between Committee of Creditors and the Insolvency Professional.
  • Vetting of legal documents received by Insolvency Professionals along with the claims and other documents sourced from Corporate Debtor.
  • Appointing professionals such as Registered Valuers for valuation of the assets of the Corporate Debtor; auditors for receipt and payment account in respect of Liquidation.
